THE GT CHEF SERIES
We’re delighted to share the first three chefs joining us for the launch of The GT Chef Series, a new dining series where some of the UK’s most exciting chefs join us in the kitchen for a one-off evening of exceptional food and warm hospitality.
SOLD OUT – Tuesday 28th April 2026
Lisa Goodwin-Allen
To kick things off, we are delighted to have Great British Menu legend and Chef Patron-Director of Michelin-starred Northcote. Lisa is one of the most respected chefs in the country and has led the kitchen at Northcote since the age of just 23, holding a Michelin star for over 25 years. Her cooking is known for being bold, precise and deeply rooted in the Lancashire landscape.
You may also recognise her as a long-standing judge on BBC’s Great British Menu, where she previously made history as a contestant by winning three banquet courses in a single series. This is a full circle moment for everyone involved, because not only are Tommy and Lisa great friends from their GBM days, but her and Aled used to work together when Aled was Head Chef at Northcote. It’s great to see them back together again for one night only!
Tickets cost £125pp, and are on sale NOW, via our booking system. Please note we have limited availability left.

Starting her career under Tom Kitchin, she has since opened two award-winning restaurants in Edinburgh with her husband Shaun, The Little Chartroom and Eleanore, as well as all-day café and bottle shop, Ardfern. As well as her thriving restaurant business, Roberta has also appeared on (and won) Great British Menu, and released her debut cookbook ‘The Changing Tides’.
