Table Cancellation Policy
Our pub is open to walk-ins and we will always do our best to accommodate spur of the moment dining. We require a credit card to secure table bookings and request at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. No-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of £20 per person. All credit card information will be processed securely.
We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call or email us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time.
Room Cancellation Policy
A £100 per night deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance will be taken 7 days prior to arrival. For all cancellations outside of 7 days, your deposit will be refunded minus a £10 admin fee. For cancellations within 7 days, the full balance will be retained.
Check-in: Rooms will be ready for check-in from 3pm onwards. If you are arriving after 5.30pm, please let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.
Check-out: Check out is open until 10:30am. Should you wish to check out earlier than 8am, please let us know in advance and we will make suitable arrangements.
Breakfast: Breakfast is served between 7.30am – 9.30am, Monday – Friday, and 8am – 10am at the weekends.
